Our corporate sales team
has executed campaigns for a variety of franchised and independent hotels
including Wingate, Marriott, Days Inn, Howard Johnson, and others. The team
provides effective, integrated sales and marketing services. The core of
Darien Hospitality Group's sales initiatives is our belief that face-to-face
selling directed by a plan is the best way to drive revenue increases. What
gets measured gets done--and the results of the property’s sales are
carefully evaluated against targeted goals. Goal specific monthly sales
reports from each hotel allow us to track success, identify unique
challenges, troubleshoot problems and fine tune future plans on an ongoing
basis.
Websites
Darien Hospitality Group
has developed its own web sites,
www.FunTraveler.com and
www.BusinessTraveler.com to promote its hotels. A self-selected
database, called Travel Club, is collected on these sites that allows the
company to promote special travel offers to the data base subscribers. We
currently have over 3,000 individuals who have made the decision to join the
Travel Club. |
