Our Philosophy

The most important asset of Darien Hospitality Group is its staff. A great deal of responsibility to properly manage the facility is placed upon the property level management. The General Manager and his or her staff are highly sensitive to the local community and the individual needs of the hotel's clientele. At the same time, the principals of DHG frequently visit each property. The concept of both delegating responsibility and detailed review of operations at the property level by the principals are basic to our view of successful hotel operation. Our mission at DHG is to consistently provide superior hotel service to our guests through dedicated and caring staff members.
