Financial Control

The financial disciplines of budgeting, internal financial controls reinforced by periodic audits, and timely financial reporting are all important concepts emphasized by Darien Hospitality Group. Each property budgets annual performance through an intensive process, the results of which are reviewed and approved by the owner. The annual Operating Budget, Capital Budget and financial block of the Marketing Plan come together to set the basis of operations for the year. We employ centralized accounting systems at our headquarters office in Darien, Connecticut.
